Johannesburg, South Africa: following hot on the heels of its announcement for UK’s SikTh to appear at Krank’d Up festival in 2018, Turning Tricks Entertainment unveiled the second of this year’s international headliners. Miss May I, from Ohio in the USA, will satiate the hunger of melodic metalcore fans.
Formed in 2007, Miss May I released it’s charting debut album Apologies Are for the Weak straight out of high school. The band claims a diverse set of influences ranging across modern metal, although also include some old-school greats; thus delivering a tasteful delight to a great variety of palettes.
