A new destination showing heat on the spectrograph of African-based metal tourists is Rock Fest Barcelona. With a line-up to die for and an idyllic setting for adventurous travelers, what more could any global headbanger ask for? It is time for Africa to pay a visit.
Rock Fest Barcelona 2018, coming in July
on the 5th, 6th and 7th of July 2018, the 5th edition of Rock Fest Barcelona will be held in the perfect location of Can Zam Park in San Coloma de Gramat; situated on the outskirts of the picturesque city. The outstanding line-up features top acts such as Judas Priest, Scorpions, Helloween, KISS, Ozzy Osbourne, Annihilator, Dimmu Borgir, Uriah Heep and Tankard, to name but a few.
The 11 hectare festival site is easy to reach via public transport. A variety of accommodations can be found in numerous locations in the surrounding area. For those wanting to experience the full festival feeling or on a tight budget, prime camping is provided from the 4th to the 8th of July, at a nominal fee, in the nearby city of Montmelo, with the option of a bus service included.
