It’s easy to submit your band to the Band Directory. Please read the rules below and then fill out the form. We will be in touch once your band has been added or if we need any further information.

Band Directory Submission Rules

1. A submission to the band directory is not the same as a submission for a Metal4Africa event. Please watch the blog and social media pages for the correct page to visit when submissions are open.
2. Please only submit if you are a definitively “metal” band. We will not accept submissions from punk, hardcore, electronic etc. acts.
3. Please fill out the information as clearly and concisely as possible. Submissions with nicknames for band members (not stage names), made up genres and creative names for the instruments played (“Battery”, “Throat” etc.) will be sent back.
4. Band genres may be reassigned to avoid cluttering the directory. You should be able to describe your genre in less than three words.
5. If you would like to update your band’s current information, please make a note of this in the “Additional Comments” section.
6. Please attach a promotional photo of the band. If you do not have any promotional photos yet, please attach a logo.
