Falling Forward: a difficult personal journey

As it turns out, we all have our challenges, regardless how talented or whether we are public figures or private ‘unknowns’. Robyn shares a little insight into her motivations for creating, and inspiration behind her creations:

“Falling Forward follows my mental, emotional and spiritual journey from the past year. For those of you who have been alongside me on this road know that there have been many challenges faced and some that are still being faced. I am happy to say that despite all these battles and still having some nerve damage and paralysis in parts of my body, the creation of this album has been so liberating and exciting. This past year has completely kicked me into a different frame of mind and I’ve found myself looking at the world through a different lens.” ~ Robyn Ferguson

Robyn reflects on a physical crisis which has threatened her ability to play guitar at all, and the fact that she has managed to overcome certain challenges; such as partial paralysis in her left hand. She hopes that Falling Forward can offer some hope to those who are facing their own battles.
